to cut specific foods out of your diet.


Bread is bad for you, carbs are bad for you, you should drink apple cider vinegar first thing in the morning if you want to burn extra fat.


There are so many myths out there. Influencers and big

companies will try to sell you each and every supplement

there is just to make money from you.


I used to think that if I want to lose weight I have to stop

eating granola, peanut butter, chocolate, etc.


I would restrict myself from eating the food that I enjoy

and then end binge eating after few days.
