ABOUT THE PROGRAM
This program isn’t just for the true beginner who has never touched a weight before; it’s also suitable for anyone who has taken an extended leave of absence from training. The program is split into 2 phases of training of 2-3 workouts a week. Each workout includes instructional videos on how to use the gym machines and perform each exercise correctly, availability to track your training and progress along the way. In the gallery you´ll also find plenty of healthy recipes and meal ideas and additional educational content about macronutrients and flexible dieting.
So after you complete my program you’ll not only be ready for the next challenge but you’ll have built a significant amount of quality muscle and understand how to implement healthy eating habits to achieve your fitness goals.
